Twilio WhatsApp

Use the Twilio WhatsApp integration when your number is managed in Twilio or you need Twilio webhook setup and message status callbacks.

Dashboard setup

  1. Open your bot and go to Integrations.
  2. Choose the Twilio WhatsApp card.
  3. Enter the Account SID, Auth Token, and Twilio WhatsApp number.
  4. Copy the Webhook URL and Status Callback URL into Twilio settings.

This is different from WhatsApp Web QR. Twilio does not use QR scanning; WhatsApp Web QR uses an experimental WhatsApp Web session.
